Commercial Property

I have agreed to do a series of lessons on breaking into commercial property and there will be no charge. Each lesson will be 10-30 minutes long and a link delivered by email every few days.

Below is a list of subjects I’ll cover, but may add more as I go along. I can’t even tell you how many there will be yet because your feedback will determine it. Of course you can opt out if I bore you.

Here’s what I will be covering, but expect more:

– What is financeable and what isn’t and how to structure the deal to get it financed

Lesson 01 – Why Commercial Property and What Kind of Properties
