Well, let’s start with the bad news. We were informed last week that the Embassy Suites where we’re holding the Summit is full and cannot take any more people. I’ve made several warnings in the past that would happen and, lo and behold, it did. Just as we predicted.
Now the good news is we have located another hotel beside it and negotiated the same rates, and it also has free breakfast. But the bad news is, there’s only a handful of rooms left there, and it’ll be full as well.

Here’s another huge reason why you should crawl over broken glass to be at this event. Our deal-a-thon is like we’ve never done before. We’re allowing all registrants to send us sellers’ contact information on FSBOs for sale and our VAs will call them prior to the event so that we can work them on site. You don’t have to be a virtual assistant customer. This is a one-time opportunity for our VAs to work for you for free and hopefully turn up some deals that will produce thousands of dollars for you after the event is over.
We’ll need all of the information in-house a week prior to the event so our VAs have time to call all of the sheets. And, if that’s not good enough I’m going to personally conduct a contracts class one night, and we’re going to make sure that when you leave you have the appropriate contracts completed for any type of deal we negotiate for you during the event. My friend, if you didn’t understand what I just said, you ought to go back and read it again. To make it short, I just said we will do deals for you, negotiate them on the phone and help you prepare the contract to go out and get signed. Gosh, I don’t know how we can make it any easier.
