How do you wholesale an REO property when most REO contracts are not assignable? I have heard of two ways but not sure how well they work. One is to contract in a land trust and then sell the beneficial interest in the land trust. The other is to contract in an LLC and then sell the LLC prior to closing. Is there a better way or do either of these methods really work?
