    You want to be as specific as possible with your contractors.
    You want a parts of list of the exact items the contractors will be using in your house.

    Do NOT allow your contractors to give you a generalized proposal.

    Example: $5,000 to remodel hall bathroom

    You need to be totally specific or your contractors will eat you alive.

    NOTE: This form is a duplicate
