Membership Purchase Agreement

I understand that use of this website, as well as the materials and resources available to me in using this website, are contingent on my active membership status in Ron LeGrand’s Gold Club. Whether registration has been provided on an initial trial basis in conjunction with a product or event offer, or whether registration has been purchased independently, regular and ongoing Gold Club membership requires a payment of  $59 a month (plus applicable FL sales tax) after my trial period if I want to remain a Gold Club Member. My first month’s membership will be charged when you ship the initial newsletter, which will be within 30 days. I can cancel at any time and can keep everything that I may have received here. Please note your Credit Card Statement should reflect a purchase from *GOLD CLUB* 1-888-840-8389.

Membership and Membership Fees

Upon registering, providing the requisite Registration Data and placing an order, the credit or debit card I provided during registration or updated at a later date (“Active Credit Card”) will be charged a non-refundable monthly fee of Fifty-Nine Dollars ($59.00) (“Fees”) after a free trial period of no less than 10 days and no more than 30 days. I understand I may cancel my membership any time before a scheduled billing and not incur any additional charges. Gold Club Members, LLC’s authorization to provide and bill its Member Services is obtained by way of my electronic signature or, where applicable, via physical signature and/or voice affirmation. Once an electronic signature is submitted, this electronic order constitutes an electronic letter of agency. Gold Club Members, LLC’s reliance upon my electronic signature was specifically sanctioned and written into law when the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Transactions Act were enacted in 1999 and 2000, respectively. Both laws specifically preempt all state laws that recognize only paper and handwritten signatures. I further understand where I fail to make any scheduled payment, my membership is subject to immediate termination. My Member account may be deactivated, and access to the Site denied, for non-payment.

Restrictions on Use of Materials Provided Through This Website

Materials in this website are Copyrighted and all rights are reserved. Text, graphics, databases, HTML code, and other intellectual property are protected by US and International Copyright Laws, and may not be copied, reprinted, published, reengineered, translated, hosted, or otherwise distributed by any means without explicit permission. All of the trademarks on this site are trademarks of Gold Club Members, LLC and RonsGoldClub.com or of other owners used with their permission.

Database Ownership, License, and Use

RonsGoldClub.com warrants, and you accept, that RonsGoldClub.com is the owner of the copyright of the Databases of Links to articles and resources available from time to time through http://www.RonsGoldClub.com. RonsGoldClub.com and its contributors reserve all rights and no intellectual property rights are conferred by this agreement.

RonsGoldClub.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use database(s) accessible to you subject to these Terms and Conditions. The database(s) may be used only for viewing information or for extracting information to the extent described below.

Purchases Made Through This Site: Gold Club Members, LLC Return Policy

All purchases (except software and electronically-delivered products) are refundable within 3 days based upon return of all course material received in resalable condition less shipping and handling (if applicable). In the event that I request a refund, I will contact Gold Club Members, LLC to receive a return authorization number. Once I am provided an RA number, I must return my materials in resalable condition to Gold Club Members, LLC within 7 business days via traceable means. Gold Club Members, LLC will not be held responsible for any lost packages. Returns received without a RA number or that are delivered after 7 business days may result in a delay of the refund process. If live training has been attended within the 3-day period, this refund policy becomes null and void.

Software and Electronically-Delivered Products
I am aware there is no refund policy on the software or electronically-delivered products I am purchasing. All Sales Are Final.

Additional Terms And Conditions
I authorize Gold Club Members, LLC to use my success story in future publications. I acknowledge that Gold Club Members, LLC does not function as my real estate broker, personal accountant, attorney or financial advisor. If I have a tax or legal question, I will seek the advice of an accountant, attorney, financial advisor or real estate broker. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my actions and hereby release Gold Club Members, LLC and any of its staff, employees, officers or affiliates from liability for any of my actions or comments influenced by the information contained in products and services received. From this day forward, I assume full responsibility of my personal, physical, emotional and financial well-being.

I understand that providing information on an order form gives Gold Club Members, LLC permission to communicate with me by fax, email, text messaging, recorded voice message or phone to relay special offers, announcements and information I may find valuable in my business. I understand I will receive confidential information that may not be shared with anyone outside my family or partnership. I will not reproduce these copyrighted materials nor lend, rent, or sell them to anyone to remain in compliance with the federal and state copyright and trademark laws.

I agree that all sales are final after 3 days of purchase unless stated otherwise above, and I agree that I will not contact my credit card company after the 3-day refund period has expired.

Revisions To Terms Of Use

These Terms of Use will apply to every access to http://www.RonsGoldClub.com. RonsGoldClub.com reserves the right to issue revisions to these Terms of Use by publishing a revised version of this document on this site: that version will then apply to all use by you following the date of publication. Each access of information from RonsGoldClub.com will be a separate, discrete transaction based on the then prevailing terms.

This Terms of Use and the license granted may not be assigned or sublet by You without RonsGoldClub.com’s written consent in advance.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Georgia, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such jurisdiction.

Legal Disputes

To the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate RonsGoldClub.com and/or its affiliates’ intellectual property rights, RonsGoldClub.com and/or its affiliates may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Georgia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Any other disputes will be resolved as follows:

If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Alpharetta. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Alpharetta, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

If any provision of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.

Termination

These Terms And Conditions regarding use of this website are effective until terminated by either party. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at Gold Club Members, LLC sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement.

Duty to Read
I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read the Website Terms And Conditions and have done so. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am stopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein.
