    Hi Ron,

Thanks for everything you do to help us! Just wondering if ever you could work it out with your contracted service that it would filter out the leads based on our search criteria…(?)

This would help automate some of the items you mentioned like vacant land, mobile homes, and too cheap! Anyway, even if not–it is still a wonderful service and I love it!

    Cheers,

Rather than fill in X’s, I just told my VA that I’d be forwarding FSBO leads from the service and that she needs to call on the ones that fit the criteria I’d already given her to call on. It seems to work fine, and I don’t have to mess with pre-screening something that she’ll be screening.

  3. Bella Chartrand says:

Yes, Henry, that’s what I’m going to do, too. Let the VA filter them out cutting out 1 more step freeing up our time to do what we get paid for…tappin’ our brains and flappin’ our lips:)

  4. Bella Chartrand says:

I’m loving all the leads I’m getting in my email from the FSBO service. When I get confident enough to call, I’ll have some ‘seasoned’ leads that haven’t sold yet and are more motivated than the newer leads…

  5. Carlin Ervin says:

Hello, I’m just getting started in this new and exciting business of RE and love Ron LeGrand’s training. The lead service is great and although in learning and studying, I would love to get a VA but, my leads are not coming in enough for the cities and counties I have chosen to consider one. Shall I add or change my criteria?
