For years I have paid for various seminars and “systems” to help me invest in real estate, but I always seemed to have trouble with what to do once I bought the systems. It seemed like the minute I left the seminar or finished the CD’s I was not sure where to begin and was lost again.
Then last year I joined the Ron LeGrand Gold Club after attending the Quick Start Real Estate School, and joined the Mentor Program. Finally, I felt like I had a comprehensive system that provided me the next steps and the encouragement and support to take those steps.
Between the simple, yet effective, LeGrand Lead/Property Information Sheet, the scripting that Ron provides in the Quick Start classes, along with the gentle but firm prodding by mentors, I was able to complete my first wholesale deal within a few months. Keep in mind that I have a full time day job and do the real estate only part time, so I was very happy with a $9,500 assignment fee.
If you are someone like me that simply feels overwhelmed, intimidated and disillusioned by all the hype of “get rich quick” real estate systems, try the more realistic education and support that Ron LeGrand and Planet Ron provide. While I know I am not one of their star students and probably won’t ever do real estate full time, I am much more confident that I can recognize, initiate and successfully close on a deal. And I have! Several times!
