Hey there,
Just wanted to thank Ron LeGrand and the mentor program for their awesome workshops and mentorship programs! Ron has such a phenomenal support system set up for any average person who wants to better their life from “can’t afford or not enough” to more than enough and financial freedom through the real estate business.
Without my mentors and Ron LeGrand’s no nonsense, no excuses necessary, straightforward, frank yet simple techniques, living the above average life for me would be limited to climbing the corporate ladder with a typical 9 to 5 job and very close to impossible to be rich this way!
Boy, did I hit the jackpot when I joined the mentor program. A wise person once said “Example is not the main thing in influencing others. It is the only thing.” Hands down, they are true examples of how to succeed as a real estate investor. They are actually closing deals while still being able to advise me about whatever it is I am trying to do! Through the mentorship program, I have the accountability partner I need and their wise advice necessary to stay focused and on track to reaching my financial goals.
I look forward to and do love the weekly calls, guidance and advice. This is such a wonderful and fantastic Couple and I am so thankful they are in my life. I have the support I need as a new investor to do what others say is impossible! I can compete in this market place today and actually succeed! So far in the mentoring program, I have closed four deals with a total profit of $72K!
