Hi, my name is Andrew Schlag.
I just wanted to share another house I just bought in a lovely neighborhood subject-to. It seemed like so many people just wanted cash for their properties and wouldn’t let me take over the debt! But, now this is my fourth subject-to deal since I entered Ron’s mentoring program!
The gentleman was transferring jobs and moving to Tennessee, so I offered to take over his debt of $164,000 and caught up his sewer liens on the home as well. It needs a little TLC, but I’m putting it on the market at $200,000. I’m excited to see what happens. I thank the Lord for letting me be in this business. I’m loving it more and more!
My mentors have also helped me to get from dreading seller calls to being to make seller calls!
