very helpful…thanks Ron
another good form thanks ron
This is almost as good as my script. just kidding ron . good work
good job with this scrip Ron, thanks
I meant good job with the “script”.
This script is GREAT! Nice and simple. Thanks Ron.
If you are using PatLive, Ron says to use only 4 questions:
1) Do you have a house for sale?
2) Name
3) Phone number
4) Address
You then have your VA call back the FSBO to get the rest of the info for the Property Lead Sheet.
The reason is the VA, if you use Elsa. is only $.30 cents a minute.
PatLive is $1 a minute.
what is elsa
This form has a couple of questions that aren’t on the Property Lead Sheet:
1) Does your loan require qualifying?
2) Are you offering any terms?
Great help, Thanks Ron
Thanks, Ron!!! This is very helpful:) And Michael thank you for the basic questions to ask when working with an answering service.
Thank you Ron!! Great information. Thank you Michael for the information on using the answering service.
Michael,
I used PatLive in the past to ask ALL the questions and it DID get pretty pricey. I just hired a VA to start calling FSBo’s and I’m going to have her doing my follow up calls as well. $0.30 a minute beats the heck out of $1.00 a minute.
Good script
The second page (p.27) of this script is missing.
This will not open for me.Can someone help please?
this will be a very good source of information for buyer
Very good flow to questions. Could add new questions designed to see of seller is open to lease option.
This helps when my VA does not get all of the answers to the questions.
thanks Ron love it
I LOVE everything I’ve seen so far. This is the most comprehensive course I’ve seen and I’ve paid literally $tens of thousands of dollars for courses. So excited! Love the scripts, Ron.

Another great script. Very helpful!
Thanks
thanks so much. This will help me with calls on the quick.
Mike Minnihan ::::
Thanks I was looking for this information

What is Elsa?
Does anyone have a link to Elsa?
Hi Ron, great script. First time using it.
Not a lot of time is wasted on the phone with this script. Great. The VA needs to practice so they don’t sound like they are reading.
helps with qualifing the seller and attain a degree of confidence with seller.
Thank You; Ron

Thanks Ron for the script if I want to put this on an answering machine for the leads to come to my business is this what I would use until I get a VA.
great script
What a great lead in sheet. Eases the suspect into the system and toward the next step giving a sense of professionalism that hey require. Trust and credibility are the keys to any successful sale.
This is a great starting point but I don’t expect Ron to give me EXACTLY what I need for my business… some thought is required. I’m totally using this as a jump point for my VA, though.
Thanks, This form is a gem…
This form is good for those one offs that have to be called right away instead of sending it through the VA Service. Very helpful! Thanks!
I just signed up for PatLive and looking for script to use for sellers. Thanks to Mike Minnihan for the info on the 4 questions per Ron;
1) Do you have a house for sale?
2) Name
3) Phone number
4) Address
I really like this forum and the way ideas are shared. Kudos to everyone.
Short and direct… to the point… thanks!
Great list of items to cover when on the phone with the seller!
Very helpful.
I like this script. It’s definitely a keeper
I like this script but I didn’t get the last question! (what is the construction?) what are we asking about here?
This script is very helpful. I’m going to use it
Its amazing- simple & effective. Love it, thanks Ron
Thanks, I like the work you provide.
Beautiful. Ron style. He gives and gives. Thank you!
Good to use only 4 questions. Thanks
Any suggestions on answering services?
This was revised in 2014. Is there a better script?
Good afternoon! Your question has been answered in the following episode of ‘Ask Ron’.
