   This is the form that you would use to assign rents and leases, if you are either buying or selling a property that has a tenant(s) in it.

   Same if you are doing a master lease on a property.

   Seems pretty simple to fill out and understand. Can I fill out one of these for 3-4 tenants with leases and then assign them to the new lease-option buyer?
