    This is the form to use with the seller, when you will need information from their lender(s).

    You will need this form when doing short sales.
    Also when taking over a property ‘subject to’.

      Samar,

      Try using a different browser. If you’re using Google Chrome, try Internet Explorer, etc.

      If it’s still giving you problems, call our office and we’ll see what we can do.

    Be sure to take as many of these with you that you need…specifically one for each loan the seller has.
    For example, if the seller has 3 loans that you’re going to deal with (buying subject-to or whatever), you’ll need 3 copies of this authorization for them to sign.

    What a great idea to get the momentum going and ‘invest’ them more in the deal. “The more they sign, the more they stay” because they feel more invested in the process.
