Should the Rental Contract be state specific?

  2. Arthur Hardy says:

    This just rocks!

  3. Cathleen Studer says:

Paragraph 22: the word “without” needs to be inserted in the first sentence after the word “property”. Read it over carefully, there are some other minor grammatical errors.

This is a comprehensive agreement that covers all eventualities and provides incentive for tenant performance.

  7. Roger Dereu says:

    Thanks Cathleen…
Word will also find some spelling errors.
Paragraph 28 (PHONE) should probably be removed. Who has a landline these days?

  8. Roger Dereu says:

Would be nice to have an inspection sheet available.

  9. Ian Lemke says:

Hey. Nice concise lease agreement. My is 27 pages, which doesn’t include all 5 addendums!!

  10. Evgenii Puchkaryov says:

Ron always talks about Lease Option buyers being responsible for repairs and maintenance of the property. But I don’t see it in this agreement. It only talks about self-managing the repairs that cost less than the “discount”. Which means at least that the owner pays for all the repairs (and manages the bigger ones). So it is not much different from being a regular landlord. Do I misread anything?

    Hello,

I am impressed the way this is worded. It seems to be easy to understand. Hopefully it is accepted by the renters in this area as some of them are very picky people. Thank you for this.
