   This is the form that you use to get your tenant buyers to agree to their paying for the city inspector/inspector to inspect the repairs that they have made to the house.

   This form keeps your tenant buyers honest.

   They know they have to get the work done and that a city inspector/inspector will be checking their work.

   People including tenant buyers are lazy and need something to keep them accountable.

   This part is really good
   I agree to complete the repairs on the attached schedule in a manner acceptable to the owner and any city inspector by the completion date indicated and if I do not complete the repairs properly or on time, the owner may void my option to purchase and no earnest money will be returned to me if this occurs.
