I read his book. he has been around for a while. good work rob
Robert Allen was around when the dinosaurs roamed the earth. One of the founding fathers of the “No Money Down” real estate strategy. He has seen it all. Fantastic interview with a great guy.
Robert Allen very good books expecial one minute millonaire together with mark victor hansen
The 80%/20% procrastination analogy is great!
Robert Allen always has great information and insight.
Brilliant concepts..the ‘money tree’ and 20/80 reminder & putting a $ value on tasks…
A lot of people dont know that it was Robert G. Allen that first trained Ron and got him into Real Estate.
They are still close friends to this day!
I low no money down, unfortunately, I have not been able to find.
I have found sellers always want some money. If they agree to a small amount like 1 to 5K, the lawyer then insists on more money.
Major take away so far is to do what I already know: Do the hard things first!
