    Interesting info.

I’ve wondered the same thing. Banks foreclose, then wait forever to list, but the REO agent puts a lockbox on it.

Maybe if you can read the lockbox serial # and ask a Realtor friend to look it up with the Realtor Association? Just thinking out loud here. Ron’s right probably just forget about it until it hits MLS…find another deal to pursue.

    Good info thanks.

Certain Realtors specialize in bank foreclosures. Get to know them and they can give you a heads up when its ready to go on the MLS. After you buy a couple of them you’ll become the go-to guy or gal and could get first dibs on them.

ExSELLent Ron……….to many deals out here to wait!

In some of your videos, you’ve mentioned that if the home is listed with an agent, the listing must be removed before you can move forward. Is it illegal to contact a seller of a listed home and tell tham that you would like to purchase their home, but they need to release the listing first?…. Tortious Interference??
