   I won a Land trust packet at my local reia last month and it was made by Ron and a couple of this students. It was really good.

   I still need to learn lots more about what they are and how they work and then how to implement them.

   It came with an audio so I always listen to it in the car.

   Is anyone else on the Gold Club actively putting the properties into land trusts?

   And if you are how are you doing it? Are you doing it thru an attorney?
