   These are so powerful to listen to. There are I think 3 of the videos here and it’s nice to listen to things when a deal doesn’t go you way and these vids pick you back up and make you want to get started again and get another house under contract. I like watching the testimonials of the successful students too.

    If you aren’t hungry enough, you won’t do what it takes to make it as a successful real estate investor.

    Thats a good point Michael. Being hungry for success in this business means doing what ever it takes to success including sacrificing stuff that you normally do during the day such as watching TV or other things. I like to visualize my success and it helps me see it faster.
