   Foreclosures and private lenders to finance the purchase. Then find your new buyers by advertising. Much of this can be done online. Thanks for the good information.

   I’m using iFlip and the cash buyer feed to build my buyers list as well as an ad in the local Thrifty Nickel. I like knowing I’ll have buyers lined up when I have something to sell!
