   The first question and answer were very helpful; I too would be tempted to do the repairs myself rather than trust someone else to do it, but since the ultimate owner is either the seller or the owner/tenant it’s not “my” responsibility. Thank you.

   I don’t think Ron assigns lease option contracts anymore. There is an update on DVD. I’m not sure where it is on the website.
