Just wanted to let you know that I closed a deal today and made a little over $23K (without using a penny of my own money!) and I just wanted to thank you for all your help and assistance throughout this process.
I know that each week your insights and knowledge are invaluable to me as we discuss ways to get leads, structure the deals and then cash in on them. I truly value your thoughts and your knowledge with the Dreams Pro and the social media side of the business. As you know, I missed that bus but I’m slowly learning and understanding through your guidance and expertise a little piece at a time. We are both in it for the long haul and your kind demeanor and gracious understanding of my technical limitations make it easy to converse each week. You don’t get frustrated when I ask you the same thing 4 times and I really appreciate it.
So I felt it was appropriate to thank you after this deal and let you know that I look forward to chatting with you and bouncing ideas off you again next week.
