In this week’s edition of “Ask Ron,” Ron addresses our members’ questions on: valuing occupied properties with current tenants, structuring deals for sellers relying on Social Security income, essential property inspection tips, challenges with long-term “subject to” loans, and navigating risks when sellers face bankruptcy or death after a purchase.
Special thanks to Tony and Angie Stewart, Brian Lucy, Jason Williams and Omar for submitting these great questions this week!

Hey Tony, I too have come across tired landlords, and they are wanting to sell later on when they reach retirement age. One of them said they might sell to me as long as I could agree to work with and treat the tenants as he does. Yes, well, I believe I could do that as long as They don’t try to cheat me and take advantage of me.
