My birthday this year is gonna be a big one. It’s still a few months away, but it couldn’t be closer if you know what I mean.
I’ll be 65! An official Senior Citizen. I’m okay with it, but I’m going to take a heck of a lot of ribbing from my friends. I was thinking about it all when I remembered what my good friend Dan Kennedy did for me when I turned 60.
Dan Kennedy, the marketing legend, and I have been friends for over 20 years now. I was in Dan’s first, and last year’s Platinum Inner Circle. Attached is a link to a short book Dan wrote about me for my 60th birthday. It’s humorous and downright insulting, but done in Dan’s over the top style and with a kind heart. I know you’ll enjoy it.
I’ve also included a great article written by Dan about TIME, and what it really means to manage your time wisely.

Having recently had another birthday click over on the odometer, time is on my mind. It’s never far from it in my work-cave, because I have strategically placed more than a dozen clocks around the room and can’t look in any direction without seeing one. As I describe in my book, No B.S. Time Management for Entrepreneurs, I organize everything with start and pre-determined end times; if someone has a phone appointment with me they know in advance when it ends, not just when it starts, and it does end as scheduled even if in mid-sentence. I have trained and conditioned myself to be hyper-sensitive to time, and I train my clients to respect my hyper-sensitivity about it. Why?
