   why cant we get a copy of the yellow letter. I thought these forms and letters came with our Gold Club Membership

     Desiree,you can get a template sent to you by going to yellowletterscomplete. And in the yellow letter section you can see all the templates of what ones they use. Are you going to write them yourself or get them outsourced?

     I was thinking when you first start and are on a shoe string budget, you can get an automated message system for you letters you send out. I know when we sent out ours the first time we were answering calls at all the wrong time.

     Then we got smart and went automated with a 24 hour free recorded message that the sellers call and learn about what we do.

       It has taken a lot of stress away from my life and fully recommend at least trying out the service.

           Good question. Did anyone reply? If it’s only a script and they operate 24/7, COA is cheaper, assuming same quality.

   I listened closely to the last 30secs bc I am having the same challenge….. Which is the feeling to call all ’53’ leads back. Which Ron just made it clear to review the lead sheets from VA/Pat Live and work the leads down to the low hanging fruit. Thanks Ron. Saving Time.
