   Just wondering if this addendum is required for all older homes leased by us or do we use this for all agreements?

   Very Important addendum for Sandwich Lease options. Often Lead Base paint is just covered, however Mold and Radon are issues in all houses not just ones built prior to 1978. Thank you.
