This agreement is ultimately for the seller to sign so there is clarity between the seller, the buyer and the person putting the deal together (you and I) as to the treatment of the deposit $ that is paid by the incoming buyer when they move in originally.
I like the form but it appears to have an error. There are two signature lines but they are both for the Lessor/Optionor. There is no signature line for the Lessee/Optionee. Was that intentional?
I’d like to see that too. Not sure what “______________________ increased the purchase price to compensate for this amount.” means, or what goes on that line.
Don’t know what this agreement is for.
Is it to make sure the Seller is ‘tied up’

Can you clarify whose names go in the blanks and what payment figures go in the blanks? Thank you for your help in clearing this up!
