In this call, Ron discusses Owner Financing options with the seller including minimum deposit, minimum monthly payment and terms they’d require to get the contract going.

    I am wondering how you can offer a balloon in the mortgage unless this was taped before Jan 10th.

    Yes, interesting discussion with the seller’s son about what the sellers may take as far as terms, including interest-only payments with a balloon to attract a buyer. Would this now have to go through a mortgage broker?

    It’s good to hear what the sellers’ son is saying what they expect out of the deal and then for Ron to be encouraging by saying we’ll see what the market will bear and we could get more, but we don’t know until we try type of thing.

    These calls are always helpful. Howeer, it would be nice to have updated and current audio or these calls. It seems that all of the videos on this website are several years old.

    Agreed Matt; Ron has changed a few things over the years and updated aids here would be very helpful, but I would also like to see some of the questions that are submitted actually answered within the comment lines.

    I would also love hear some actual VA lead calls.

    I agree with you guys, Hearing how Ron can smoothly makes his case is very informative and a great learning experience. I would love to hear more and current calls like this. I vote yes!

    WoW. this was great. I liked the comment ron made about, “Interest-only would help in keeping the monthly payment low.” Whereas, I always thought we wanted to Make P&I pmts to allow the debt to be serviced during the term of the agreement. Interesting!
