Great form. Thanks for all the updates to the WFE forms.
This form makes it very clear so that all parties know exactly where the money goes.
Good form
I’ve been using the down payment assistance program with my prospective home buyer a lot lately. It help to tip them over the edge to making hte deal.
A good form to help protect all parties.
Thanks! Can’t wait to use this form
Thanks! Can’t wait to use this form, I really like how simple it is.
THANKS
Excellent form! I get them to sign one upon applying and then sign the same agreement at the lease signing and have it notarized! That helps add another layer of it being serious for them to make sure it is paid!
i love this form
I just used this form for the first time, with my first deal. whoo-hoo. Very simple and straight forward. Thanks Ron and company….Next!
omg this is great
ok, i see the clause for the 2 month skip: december and january. thanks
How often do you use this form? I would assume that you could technically offer to all. There are going to be some deals that are to thin to match downpayment money?
Also, if you are acts this deal, then you would not recommend using?
Thanks
This will help ensure a little extra cash flow in our pocket each month.
Niiice!
Thanks this is a simple easy to use form and well prepared.
Thank you

If the market changes I might implement this strategy. Although I am assuming most people don’t have extra cash to spend every month I can still try depending on the persons income and abilities.
Hello,
I agree with Farris. Market changes will have an effect on RE and investing. Be careful!
Bye for now,
