   At the bottom of this form, it says “the owner of this property:” Is the colon supposed to be there, do you we put our info in behind that? Thanks!

   Good question, Justin. It appears that the person we bought the property from is the one who needs to sign the letter, and that person’s name needs to be substituted for or inserted after the above phrase. If I’m mistaken please correct me, because Justin and I both know it’s important to get these details right!
