   I got to use this form a few years back and it was a good thing I did! The house turned out to be further behind than they told me and I had to let it go to sale. Seller threatened a lawsuit and this little puppy shut his attorney right down.

   Use this form when buying houses which are over leveraged.

   It sets up a short sale or buying the discounted debt.

   Ron/Elliott… suggest retitliung this document to make it clear this is the short sale CYA not the regular CYA. Was looking foir the CYA for subject to and saw this but it isn’t what I was looking for. Would make it more user friendly if title was more closely aligned to what it does.
