    I live in Houston, TX and I have a couple of questions regarding Owner Financing. I was told that if I’m selling Owner financing that I need to be very careful with the Dodd Frank and Safe Act because the Owner Finance Buyer can stop making payments and then file a lawsuit against the Owner finance Seller for Predatory lending if buyers credit score is under 700 and then I would have to give them all their money back including deposit and monthly payments. With safe act I can only do so many Owner Finance Deals before I need to have a RMLO license.
