Acts is taking the world by storm. Its so cool that there is a way to offer a seller full price for their house and still get a good tenant buyer to fit it.

It’s such a win win win. And its a good way to fun the IRA if you have one.

      Yippe!

Ant farms, interesting. I have to try that in Eau Claire WI. I will tell the results.

  26. Matthew Hell says:

Does anyone know if options can be done in TX? I specialize in options in WI and want to move to a warmer climate, just wanted to know if they can be done there.

  27. Gary Gale says:

    Ant Farm = FSBO deals

  28. Michael Minnihan says:

Use listingbook.com to get all the bank owned property.
Get a Realtor to sign you up.

Ants will send you FSBO deals

Ron recommends all of your city, you don’t want to be too picky.

Look at the math on the Property Information Lead Sheet first.
Then look if there are any positive responses on the form.

    Use AITD in Texas
    NO lease options in Texas

  29. Matthew Hell says:

I’m going to google the AITD, I still don’t get it. Is there any way a person can explain what AITD means in laymans terms to me? Also with the ant farms, what was your intial marketing to attract the people who wanted to work with you to find for sale by owners? Thanks gold club members.

  30. Jonathan Vasquez says:

    Great answers. Thank you

  31. Floyd Davis says:

    Thanks Ron

  32. Tom Holyfield says:

    deals

  33. Trevor Morgan says:

I know this is late for the answer b/c it was asked a couple of years ago – but AITD is “All Inclusive Trust Deed” and it is mostly used in California. It’s just another deed used like a wrap mortgage or seller taking the mortgage. Everything up to the seller creating the mortgage for your deal is included in the deed. All Inclusive. Ron has some good video’s and written explanations in the Gold Club lessons, too. Search the site
