lesson: always use an attorney for legal issues your property.

The question is how to find one with reasonable fees. Most are quite proud of the skills.

Very good advice to use an attorney!!

  4. John Rogers says:

Always use a good real estate attorney. He will know the paperwork necessary.

  5. Cresencio Mandujano says:

    good advice

  6. Michael Minnihan says:

Use a good competent real estate attorney (and not all of them are competent) to do ALL your paperwork.

The cost of using them is cheap insurance and allows you to sleep better at night.

  7. Matthew Hell says:

that’s right Michael. You need to find a good attorney that does 100% real estate, that way they will be up to date on all the learning that they need.

And they are cheap insurance just like Ron says. I like to give them a dinner gift card if they do a really good job. That does wonders to your business relationship.

This is a very easy process, I had to do it with one of my properties about five years ago. The only unfortunate part about it was waiting for the 60 day period to expire that the attorney gave the buyer to catch up payments.
