Talk to title companies and real estate attorneys who are doing the closings.
There are ups and downs in every market.
The training provided on this site is critical in learning all of the exit strategies to work in every market. Education is the best thing to invest in as well.

Have you gotten any of Ron’s courses yet. They are all so good. I would recommend getting the cash flow systems first because every buisiness needs start up capitol and cash flow.
