     Should remove “ACTS”. Exhibit A is mentioned in Real Property Possession contract.

   This form is very helpful. Would this be something that needs to be signed with an attorney or just between the Lessor and the Lessee?

   No need for an attorney here. It’s just a transfer of your obligation as the sandwiched buyer to pay the lease on the property. It is NOT an effective assignment of the option to buy. Note that lessor is misspelled in paragraph D.
