Amendment to Extend Closing Expiration Date

Use this addendum to extend the contract expiration date on an existing Purchase and Sale Agreement.

ADDENDUM TO REAL ESTATE PURCHASE & SALE AGREEMENT:

The undersigned parties to a Purchase & Sale Agreement entered into on                ____  by and between  ____        ___________________________________  (“BUYER”) and  _______________________________________ (“SELLER”), for the purchase and sale of that certain property municipally known as ___________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________ (“Property”), hereby mutually agree to amend said Agreement as follows: The Parties agree to amend the Purchase & Sale Agreement’s contract expiration date and inspection period end date to Date                  , and inspection period for the life of the contract. ALL OTHER TERMS OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE & SALE AGREEMENT REMAIN THE SAME.
