I’m so gratefull what you keep a vigilant eye on these changes. Is the previous Document obsolete. I have it in process with one deal and wouldn’t wish to crater the deal by switching the documents last minute.

Thank you for the update on Exhibit C. For something like this, I would feel much better if I saw an attorney for the recent update to be sure I can use all of it.
I personally do not like the set up of this form or the verbiage but then again this was written nine years ago. Hoping you have an improved version.
