The following agreement is designed for a partnership on one house where one person does all the work and the other puts up the money. You may use it if you wish, especially on your first deal. If you continue its use thereafter with the same partner, you can simply add an addendum for each house you add.
This agreement, along with all agreements provided on the Gold Club membership site, should be checked by your attorney before its use.
