Save original as PDF. Then save as JPG. It will automatically format into two 8.5 x 11 sheets. It does on my mac.

    • Matthew Holsclaw says:

I had similar issues when trying to print the documents provided from the GC site. On windows 10 I just print as “PDF” and save the file. Prints on 8.5×11 perfectly.

Hello. I’m considering buying a SF house with the intent of flipping it or using lease option. Is there an escape clause in this agreement that will allow me to cancel the agreement with no loss of deposit? Please advise. Thanks.

  3. Sabreen Williams says:

I am amazed at all of he information that’s provided. The forms are informative and easy to use.

  4. Robyn Love says:

to who it may concern: all the state Realtor forms have long ago gone to letter size. Legal size is pretty much a thing of the past so it’s time for this site to get with the times. Yes, we can change it ourself to letter but then the print is so small that it looks as if we’re trying to hide something. You need to immediately reformat all the forms to letter size with type big enough that anyone can read, even the seniors. Then we should be able to fill in and send to our sellers, buyers, escrow co’s, attorneys, etc with the push of a button so then they can print out on their own computer printer, and remember that none of them have legal size paper either. Can do? Please do it now!

  5. Marcus Vaughn says:

I don’t see the assignment clause on this form. Shouldn’t there be a clause for that???

    • Desmond Cary says:

I was looking at it and was thinking the same thing. I believe it should say buyer/assignee on it if I’m not mistaken. Can someone provide some clarity on this issue?

  6. Christopher Torres says:

I’m new here, can someone tell me if this is the contract for wholesaling?

  10. Melvin Stevens says:

Could one of the forum moderators post a link to the lesson the explains how to fill out the Purchase and Sales agreement. Thanks.

  11. David Hillhouse says:

I’m wondering the same thing Melvin. There used to be a copy already filled out that we could go by as example, but I can’t find it.

This agreement worked perfectly for my first owner financing deal with NO underlying mortgage! The property was free and clear. Seller wanted $589,000. Comps showed $680,000!

  16. Ryan Garrison says:

Has anyone created a fillable pdf of this form they would share?

    Just printed

I couldn’t print out with google chrome but worked fine when I used the explorer browser.

  20. Mike Diaz says:

Any way to type on this doc and not have the underlying lines be pushed out? For example, when you type on the contract, the typing stays above the underline and not push it out?

  21. Adam Roberts says:

Is this the agreement I use if I’m seller financing a house that I own to a buyer?

Or only the other way around (if I am buying from an owner who’s doing seller financing to me)

  22. Arnoux Goran says:

Can we change the contract to say we have not yet inspected it and it is contingent upon inspection so that we can cancel anytime without losing our $100 deposit?

  23. Arnoux Goran says:

It doesn’t need to say anything about it being assignable since we can simply assign it anyway right?

I just got on board not long ago and can’t wait to get my first one signed.

    Hello,

Did anyone notice that this purchase agreement document is quite old? Sure it still works, but it could use some updating to keep up with changing RE laws and times so we don’t get into any legal troubles.

    Bye for now,
    Robert

    • Desiree Garcia says:

      Hi Robert,

Feel free to post some updates and suggestions here….as I would like to stay with the new RE laws etc. Thanks!!
