I would just like to say a few words about the Ron LeGrand mentoring program I am in with Jon and Stephanie Iannotti as my mentors.  I have been working with them for almost 2 months.  I bought Ron’s UGLY HOUSE/PRETTY HOUSE CD program and learned enough to be dangerous, and then had the opportunity to go to his boot camp.

The boot camp was very good and filled with a ton of good information.  My goal was to get started as fast as I could so I could start making the big bucks.  I needed a mentor to accomplish my goals.  I signed up to have Jon and Stephanie mentor me, and put all I learned in prospective with a game plan.

I wanted to work with Jon and Stephanie because they have been very successful in the ACTS program, and in fact, they are the ones who brought the program to Ron and helped him fine tune the program.

Well, this support team is just what the doctor ordered.  First thing they did for me was to set me up a weekly coaching session that was set just for me and around my time and my J.O.B.  In each one of these coaching sessions they have given support, encouragement, direction and walked me through the deals I have done.

Besides, my weekly coaching session, anytime I need help or have a question, all I do is contact them, and they are there.  If they are not available when I reach out to them they always return my calls in a very reasonable time. I truly believe without their help, I would still be looking for my first deal.  I have set up two lease option ACTS houses that I have several interested families in, and I have picked up two private lenders.

I am looking forward to more successes with their help, and I’d recommend them to anyone for mentoring.
