In the picture is a friend and a wholesaler that joined forces with me to get this home sold before December 28th. I got it done with the sign we are holding along with a $7,000 shut-up check! I gave her $1,000 of it for her efforts, and we will be working together more in the future.
Some of the tactics I used were learned from ACTS in Orlando!

Good job, I hope eventually soon you will be able to flip without the wholesaler. I know teams are important but this seems like something you can do yourself and keep the money. just my opinion, but hey you got further than I have. 6k better than 0k.
