Hi Ron- Happy weekend!
I just solidified a deal for my IRA-owned LLC (your coaching) to pay $10,000 down to a guy $7k in arrears and $335k at close out/financing of buyer.
ARV is $400k
I have it sold with a 9-15 month cash out for $400k
$55k right into ye ‘ol IRA
It would never have happened if (a) I didn’t get debt free last year thereby “needing” no cash monthly to speak of like I used to when I lived to large, and (b) you didn’t teach me how to have my wife and I’s IRA’s own an LLC to run deals through.
Thanks,
Chris
Nice work! Congrats!!

Love student stories! More, please
Congratulations!!!

Oh by the way Chris,
How many other deals have you done since this one? It would be interesting to find out what other deals you have so we can all learn from you experience and perhaps use that knowledge to help ourselves make us successful. Thank you and take care.
