Dear Ron,
Thank you so much for your willingness to mentor me and my 2 boys, Jordan and Josh. We enjoyed working with you and always looked forward to our weekly meetings. Being guided by someone more experienced than us has propelled us forward.
Yes, having a mentor will make you brave enough to actually go out and do deals! You taught us what to say in response to seller objections, constructing the deal, and just plain how you present your program to the seller. We hear your words of wisdom whenever we think about real estate, kind of like those helpful angels that sit on your shoulder when you need them most, giving you good advice. There you are on Jordan’s shoulder (ha).
Honestly, it was a very hard decision whether to do the mentoring program and who to pick to mentor with. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made last year for both the program and working with you.
Sincerely,
Cindy, Jordan and Joshua Young

PS: My boys are 18 and 23 yrs old. Last summer their goal was to have one property of their own by the end of the year. Seven months later, they are just wrapping up their 5th house and are looking at one that will most likely become their 6th.
It looks beautiful from the outside and comes with a tenant who’s lived there many years. They got the lead because Jordan, the 18 yr. old developed a relationship with the out-of-town owner. Eight months later he remembered Jordan and just wants to dump the house and be done with it. I wish I had owned 6 properties by their ages!! Wow!
That’s great, Keep it up Jordan and Joshua I started reading about this stuff when I was 18 and but didn’t do my first deal for 4 years later. Went full time in 2003 and have never had a real job….can’t wait to hear more from y’all.

Thank Phillip. You were very young too! Sounds like you are doing great with your real estate!
Congratulations to you all!! I’m working with my son with real estate as well. He’s graduating high school soon, and may not ever have to work a “real job.” I’m going to share your story with him.
Hello Cindy, thanks for the success story! It is very inspiring and well worth reading, but what about profit checks on each house? Your determination, focus and dedication is really something else! Keep on investing.
