Millionaire in the Making – Deb Burkett

I knew the minute I interviewed my coaches that I was in for a hell of a ride! While I was telling them exactly where I was in my business, Dixie turned to Brandon and said, “Excuse me, but are you sitting across from me right now? Because everything I’m hearing is exactly where you were.” LOL

You see I had been doing this business for several years. During that time, I had sufficient income to where I could afford my bills, including the ones required to run my business. When I lost about 40% of that income, I had to make my business work and provide for itself. However, I had been comfortable for so long that fear and anxiety had become strangers to me.

Trying to make this business work and do the things that are required on a daily basis began a new rat race for me. This time, I was not in the rat race everyone else is involved in in corporate America, this one was a single-person rat race! My three-year-old business was like having a three-year-old toddler! I couldn’t figure out what to do first, and I was distracted by anything that came along.

Through Dixie’s awesome leadership, mentorship, and phenomenal dedication, my toddler business has become quite a bit more focused. In fact, last month I put a house under contract from a wholesaler, and I closed it this week to an end-buyer who is a rehabber who had never bought from a wholesaler before.

That’s right, I wholesaled a wholesale in less than two months and brought home $14,000 profit! It wasn’t that easy though. I am so grateful to have had Dixie available for me throughout this process as she kept me going through the tough times of the wholesale, and we almost have my biz unscrewed.

I have hired awesome coaches since the day I started in real estate, and I have yet to find one as dedicated to mentoring as Dixie. She is a rock star! If you are ready to take your business to the next level or two in the next 6 months, you cannot go wrong with Dixie!

Sincerely,

Deb Burkett
