Hi Guys,

Dixie is the best coach ever!!!!   I was doing a rehab, and I was struggling to get it sold.    Dixie helped me hold the Realtor accountable.  I had no idea that I actually knew more about selling a house than an investor-friendly Realtor who had many more years experience than me.   I mean, I figured I was paying them to do a job and since they had years on me that they would be able to do their job and do it well.

Well….., not all training is the same, and the training I have received over the past 3 years in the Ron LeGrand family is above and beyond that of what most of my competition have had.

As far as Dixie goes, she is super responsive and held me accountable to do the things I am supposed to do, which is mostly hold others responsible.  I must admit, it is much more fun to do things other than what I need to do to get this business running.

Thank you Dixie and the whole Ron LeGrand family for giving me the biggest payoff I have ever seen in my life, $42,860.94!   I am forever grateful!
