Millionaire in the Making – Donald Candys

I’m excited. A lot of people do not know what I am about to tell you next and I just want Ron and his whole office to know this and how much I appreciate you all.

I bought Ron’s old book in 2007. I was a collection agent who was broke because I was going through a child custody battle. I read the chapter on wholesaling, that’s it. I hooked up with a lady named Phyliss Rockower and found Ron at home and talked to him. He said get my new book, it’s like a course. I got the book and found a testimonial in the manual from a man in Anaheim, CA near me. I found him and he recommended an escrow officer and told me Ron’s training really work.

I started out living in a commercial office space I converted into studio apartment. My first deal was a small 2 bed room house with a small unit in back and it was vacant. Everyone was looking for the owner leaving business cards on the door. I followed Ron’s system to the letter to find the missing owner. I did a state wide search, came up with a relative’s name, and called. It as the owner’s wife! She gave me the number and I finally got a hold of the right person.

The house had an $80k loan on it. I talked to the owner and asked if he wanted to sell, to which he said yes. Then I asked (following Ron’s advice) “If I paid all cash and closed quick, what is the least you would accept?” The owner said $150k. “I said is that the best you can do?” and he replied “Maybe $130k.” I said “Are you sure? I want to pay all cash now, how about $120k all cash?” The owner said yes! I fell off my chair because I couldn’t believe it. I said to myself, Lord is this really happening?!?!?

I made an appointment to see the owner in 45 minutes. I got dressed, got in my Volvo and blew a head gasket, which killed the engine. I called a cab and had him let out at the beginning of the owner’s block so I could walk up. I put the house under contract at $120k, all cash, and caught the bus home. I faxed the contract to my escrow officer, and she walked me through everything. I sold the contract to a cash buyer for $130k all cash minus $2,400 in taxes. I paid half for the seller and took home $8,200 in 13 days. That was my first deal back then in 2007. I bought a used Mercedes, all cash, and got a 1 bedroom apartment.

I went on to earn $1.5 million bucks and bought a home in Seal Beach, CA. I was rollin’!

Then…….

My mother got a rare cancer. I sold my home and put every dollar to save her. 5 years later, I was broke fighting the hospital, but my mom had the surgery and is now cancer free. She had to have this medicine which was chemo in pill form that cost $3,000 a month.  If I had not followed Ron’s course back then, I would not have had the money to save my mother, the only person who believed I could buy a house with no money.  RON THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Now I’m trying to start again. I went to a site and got every abandoned and vacant home in Los Angeles county, 600 homes total. I have done the skip tracing and found every owner and their phone number, cell number and email address. I even have their relatives’ info to leave a message.

I will be making my calls this weekend and, plus, I am a Gold Club member now. Please wish me luck this time! I don’t just want to make money, I want to kill it and just take care of my mother and my kids and make sure they have everything.

Ron thank you for help saving my mother’s life. I will see you at the top.

Thank you,

Donald Candys
