I just closed my first deal from a lead sheet YOU brought me! The home is here in Wichita Kansas and looks to be a great opportunity. This 4 bedroom home was built in 2007 and is in great shape.
The sellers who were getting divorced and needed out of the home were ecstatic that I would buy it for what they owed on it, (Subject-To). I think it is safe to say they would want to tell you thanks and give you a hug as well!
