Just a note of thanks for your Yellow Letter Program. I sent out one mailing using your template and program this summer and after about a 10% response rate, I was able to wholesale one deal for 2 houses that netted me about $6500. Well worth the mailing and program investment. I expect to continue to do more the rest of this year. I had about $1,400 in deposits and miscellaneous expenses on these two so the amount on the checks is greater than the profit but still well worth it. This was about twice my monthly paycheck as a teacher for about 10 hours work. I can do this.
If you can’t read them the amounts are $1,433.05 and $5,911.74 for a total of $7,344.79. I definitely did not lose any money on my first deal.
