I cannot thank Ron LeGrand and his program, support team, coaches, etc., enough for all that they have done for me!! Especially I would like to thank my mentor, Barbara LeGrand Cockrell, for all her encouragement and putting up with stubborn me!! LOL.
When I attended the quick start program earlier in the year, I had just had to deal with eviction of a rental tenant for non-payment and trashing the house. I had no idea how I was going to handle it all. Even the property management company I was using at the time, was very negligent. I learned about using lease options and putting a tenant buyer in the house. It has taken a while to fix the house up and work with the new tenants to get it leased out again but this time I won’t have to worry about repairs or tenants that will trash the place. I also won’t have to pay any management fees. The new tenants are so happy to have found a house down the street from their best friend’s house and in a neighborhood that is so much closer to work for them. This is a total win-win situation for everyone.
The tenants are putting down a $5,000 deposit and when they purchase the house in two years I will make about $60,000 in profit. (I think the course has paid for itself!) I will also make a total of $24,000 in rents for 2 years while they clean up their credit. This brings my total profit to $84,000. All because I bought the house at a great price in the down cycle and learned how to sell it the RIGHT WAY with Barbara’s help.
