Dear Ron,
Had “The Meeting” with my buyer yesterday afternoon, and it seemed like a drug deal. We met at a Burger King and got all the paperwork signed. Then she whipped out a $5,000 cashiers check and hidden under it was $2000 in cash in $20 dollar bills.
They still owe $1,500 more for option fee and $1,500 for first months rent. Never thought they would have had the option fee.
